In an effort to remain on the leading edge of our industry, Forensic Investigations Canada explores, tests and implements new technologies on an on-going basis, thus providing our operatives with the best possible tools, and our clients with the best possible results.

FIC’s proprietary online software system iForensics enables our clients to track their file progress in real time — 24/7. Clients are provided with a secure login to the web-based system, through which they can access their files, read operative reports, and make informed and effective decisions, steering the investigation with constant updates. FIC investigators also benefit from iForensics: logging in to update their progress on an as-needed basis. This comprehensive team effort substantially improves results and enhances performance, ensuring a seamless flow of up-to-the-minute information for clients and investigators alike.

At FIC we can custom-design camera systems to suit the needs of a given investigation or security concern. We offer professional reports and video synopsis in VCD, DVD, Mpeg and streaming digital formats, as well as the traditional analog VHS formats in NTSC and PAL standards.

We have also invested heavily in computer technology and video editing, towards the goal of reproducing the information in a visual and analytical presentation that provides a comprehensive, unbiased, and real depiction of the facts.

As part of our surveillance and security services, we are highly experienced in covert camera and video monitoring installation and sales.
